Tenshinhan's Shin Kikoho.

Let me ask you this. Do you think that tenshinhan's shin kikoho would be able to defeat freeza if it hit him? Here is why I think it could beat him. Piccolo who was stronger then cell in his first form for a while got his ass handed to him after cell absorbed a lot of humans and increased his power. Piccolo could not do anything to him. 16 comes in and him and cell are even. Cell absorbs 17 and his first form is nothing compared to him, especialy when piccolo was actualy stronger then him. 16 tried to fight Semi cell but his punch didn't even faze him. Now here is where tenshinhan comes into the picture. Tenshinhan shoots his Shin kikoho and it actualy manages to push semi cell back.

It actualy annoys him. Now if tenshinhan managed to do more damage then android 16 did to semi cell and more damage then piccolo did to a powered up cell in his first form then how much damage do you think the shin kikoho would do to cell's first form when he was introduced and weaker then piccolo. If 16 was strong enough to hurt a powered up cell in his first form and piccolo was stronger then cell when he was first introduced and he couldn't even faze semi cell, how much damage would the shin kikoho do if it hit him when piccolo was stronger then cell? It would hurt him a lot. Now imagine if it hit 100% freeza, he is much weaker then cell's first form so I think it would actualy finish him off. In no way am I saying tenshinhan would win in hand to hand combat. Just if he managed to hit him which I doubt freeza would let him do.

I think it would just annoy anyone stronger than Tien, rather than causing any genuine damage. Attacks too weak to hurt can still have an effect if your unprepared, probably not fatal though with the power gap between Tien and any of the major villains.
